CANCER AND OBESITY

New research has shown
**Women - - who are obese or overweight have about a 30 to 50% increased risk of dying – either of breast cancer or of dying overall. **

There's a woman I read about recently.
-----
She has cancer.
-----
She's older, and what's interesting about her is
this. She punches a bag in the gym, and for the
past four years, (she has a lot of commitment) she's
been fighting breast cancer, but she's also going
to the gym and exercising.

She got the full Monty with regard to cancer treatment.

She had a double mastectomy, chemotherapy, and then
radiation, so she believed in the system.

But here's what she did that sets her apart from a
lot of cancer patients. She says staying active during
and after treatment kept her energy levels up.
-----
Exercise, in general, made a big difference
for her.
-----
Anne McTiernan, PhD, MD, of the Fred Hutchinson
Cancer Research Center, recently conducted an
analysis of 85 studies that included more than
160,000 breast cancer survivors.
-----
One key finding was that patients who exercise -
LIVE LONGER.

-----
Do I have your attention yet?
-----
The researchers also found eating foods that
contain lots of fiber and good fat means a
longer, healthier life and even decreasing the chances
of getting cancer.

Now stop what you are doing... and think about that, then
make sure you do not forget those numbers.

Listen, to lose weight, a person must burn more
Calories than you take in. If you exercise, but eat a piece of cake
and drink a liter of Dr. Pepper every day, I do not think
your results are going to be anything to write home about. There must be
a nice balance with the food that you eat and the exercise that you do.

-----
Do you understand what I am telling you?
-----

"the program that I am on right now is not working.
I am starving myself, and I am gaining weight."
STOP STARVING YOURSELF!

FACT: One-pound equals 3,500 calories, so you
need to reduce your calories by 500 to 1,000 per day
to help you lose about two pounds per week. That number
can get higher and quicker of course, but I
want you to remember something. It all comes down to
the food that you are eating and your commitment to get healthy.

If you're not committed and not sure you can do that yet, wait.
Don’t get started until your “why” becomes big enough.

But if you are ready to see massive changes in your body and your
Health. Here’s what you need to do…Call the clinic and let’s talk
face to face. We will go over your challenges and your goals. And I
will let you know if you are a good candidate for our metabolic reset
program.

Stay healthy my friend
